What Do You Need

Before coming in, please be sure to have these 3 items to be eligible for fingerprints:

Valid Government Issued Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Work VISA, Military ID).

Second Form of Identification.
Examples: Credit Card, Vehicle Registration, Bank Statement, School ID.

Designated ORI code numbers. This number identifies the agency requesting the criminal history check and for what purpose. Sent to AHCA, DCF, DFBR and more!
